When and how will I receive my gift card?
There is a “Gift card reward course” that you need to complete once you are signed into the dashboard. No worries, this should take less than a minute. After that quick course is done, we have up to 48 hours to send you the virtual VISA gift card but we aim for a gift card sent to you in under 15 minutes.
What about a custom vacation/travel CE trip?
YES! We are happy to provide you with a (FREE) custom destination travel brochure that allows you to Travel and Learn! You simply email us, and give us your destination and specific dates, this will allow us to make you a tailored CE trip. Usually completed within 48-72 hours and sent back to you. If it is last minute and you need it ASAP, tell us that and we will expedite!
How does the NAME YOUR PRICE work?
This is one thing that separates us from everyone else! We offer a custom price that allows you to use your entire stipend. Here’s an example: Let’s say you get $1500 as a stipend, you use $312 dollars for licensure renewal. That means you have $1188 left on your stipend. Put that $1188 in our calculator and you will see that you will receive our $500 course AND $688 VISA card. It’s that simple! That is how it works for any price under $5000. How do I receive my gift card?
This is a great question and it’s very simple! Once you complete your “Gift Card Reward Course” we send you an email with a link. Once you click the link, you will be directed to a screen that has your VISA card information for you to screenshot or add to your apple wallet. Can easily be done from your phone or computer. Your email will have our logo and information on it, so no sketchy email you may be scammed by. It is CLEARLY coming from US!
When do courses expire/how long do I have to complete them?
Our Gen 1 bundle expires April 28, 2028. Our Gen 2 bundle expires April 30, 2029. So you can complete them any time you would like between now and those dates!
How many credits is your Gen 1 bundle worth?
We have been approved by the AANA for a total of 30 MAC Ed CE credits (Formerly Class A). That includes 14 PHARM credits and 3 PAIN credits.
How many credits is your Gen 2 bundle worth?
We have been approved by the AANA for a total of 30.25 MAC Ed credits (Formerly Class A) . That includes 10.25 PHARM credits and 4.25 PAIN credits.
Can I complete the courses on my own schedule?
Absolutely! Our on-demand courses are designed to fit your schedule. Start, pause, and resume anytime. You can obtain your gift card first with a quick 1 minute module, then complete the courses at your own pace.
Are you CRNA owned?
Absolutely, 100% CRNA owned and operated! We are two friends that work full time, have a family and take call. We are built by CRNAs for CRNAs.

Why haven’t I received my gift card?
Once you complete the “Gift card reward course” we receive that notification. From that point TIVA will send your gift card within 48 hours to the email you provide to us. We aim for a gift card sent to you in under 15 minutes from completion of your “Gift Card Reward Course”
What is your refund policy?
We will offer you a full refund, as long as:
– You haven’t accepted your gift card
– You haven’t begun any portion of a module
– Your purchase was within the last 7 days

Do you require an exam?
Yes! The AANA requires that we administer a test after each module. No worries though, this test is open book. You will have a help/hint button that will refer you back to our summary page. Control F or Command F will be your best friend to search during your test.
Do my credits get reported to the AANA?
Yes! Absolutely! We report credits earned for active members of the AANA. If you are not an active member of the AANA, no worries, you can download/print your transcript and submit it yourself!
How do I receive my certificate after completing a course?
You will receive ONE certificate when you complete ALL of our modules! No worries about keeping track of 10 different certificates, we will have you taken care of with only one certificate! Your certificate is available for immediate download upon successful course completion and passing of the post test. It will remain on your dashboard for your convenience.
Do you offer Core modules?
No we do not! With the new MAC ED/ DEV program, core modules are no longer required.
Where do I find my receipt?
There is a receipt emailed to you initially as well as downloadable/printable on your dashboard once you login.
