5. Reward Program and Gift Card Fulfillment
Gift cards, when applicable, will be obtained and sent out on an individual basis directly by TIVA Review within 48 hours of the client’s completion of the gift card reward module. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. TIVA Review is not liable for lost, expired, or misused gift cards once issued. You must follow all redemption terms provided at that time. We reserve the right to cancel or alter reward offers at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase if both of the following conditions are met:
- No modules have been opened or accessed
- No gift cards have been distributed through our reward process (if applicable).
If either condition is not met, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
Payment Processing
All payments on TIVA Review are securely processed through Stripe. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
